Prices
All prices are retail and are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at a rate of 17.5%.Postage is not included. Skaramanda reserves the right to change the prices and specifications of the products within the website without notice.  Payment in full must be received before goods are released.  Overseas payments must be in £ sterling and do not include postage.

Payments by cheque
Goods will be released 7 working days after receipt of cheques.  Cheque payments must be in £ sterling.  If a cheque or credit card payment has to be re-presented, Skaramanda has the right to charge for any bank charges incurred.
 
Delivery
Delivery times are not guaranteed but we will endeavour to do our best to meet the delivery times stated.

Silver
Skaramanda silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver.
All items of jewellery exceeding 7gms will carry UK hallmarks.  This is your guarantee of quality.  Skaramanda silver is hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office.

Liability
Skaramanda accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury caused by our goods if worn, used incorrectly or have been altered in any way after receiving them.
We will replace or correct free of charge any item found to be faulty due to manufacture.  Notification of faults must be brought to our attention within 14 days of receipt of goods.  Refunds are at the discretion of Skaramanda.
