COLOURS
Hand painting creates variations in the colour of each individual piece and the colours shown on the web site are not precise and cannot be reproduced exactly.  Each design is available in different colours and I   use colour ranges with the main colour dominant then introduce complementary colours to enhance.

My colour ranges are

DEEP REDS – burgundy, wine, dark cherry, rose, copper, burnt copper
BRIGHT REDS – vermillion, poppy, scarlet, orange, golden yellow, gold
PURPLES - deep violet, purple, plum, mauve, rose, burnt copper
PINKS – fuscia, rose, dusky pink, flesh, pale yellow, penny copper
BLUES – ultra marine, cobalt, navy, air force, silver
BLUES/GREEN – Prussian, peacock, azure, silver, gold
SEASIDE BLUES –cobalt, sky, turquoise duck egg, silver
DEEP GREENS – hookers, phthalo, emerald, peacock, lime, gold
GREENS/YELLOW – olive, sap, pea, lemon, lime, silver, gold
SEASIDE GREENS – mint, turquoise, sand yellow, duck egg, silver
DARK BROWNS – chocolate, black bronze, burnt umber, oxide, burnt sienna, burnt gold
MUD BROWNS – raw umber, pale bronze, silver, coffee, cream, ochre, gold
EARTH BROWNS – brick red, ochre, burnt orange, oxide, brown/black, burnt gold
BLACKS – pewter, gun metal, grey, silver, black, off white
